But I was a little disappointed, seeing how great the story ended with plothole in IW I was really hyped to see some awesome development in the ending. However, many of you disagree but here are some arguments. I am a huge Marvel nerd and I am pretty familiar with the comics, and I do know that comics are a different thing than the MCU, the past MCU movies do not allign with this one. This is where the bad character development comes in:
*Thor is literally useless in this movie, and he is literally a GOD, son of Odin! And yet they made him as a comedic character. He is the strongest avenger and in IW he one shotted Thanos with Stormbringer while taking the full on power of all five infinity stones, and now even with mjolnir, he is pathetic. They hyped the storm bringer in the last part as the ultimate weapon, it can even summon the bifrost and now it's nothing?
* Hulk is not really hulk, he is, well I don't know what he is except a weakling, and hulk is supposed to be one of the strongest avengers, seeing how he can get infinltly strong as he rages, but now he doesn't even do any hulk smash.
* Captian Marvel, was shown in the beginning as this ultimate bad ass strong chick, but later on gets an ugly haircut and arrives late and couldn't beat Thanos even with help from others, and she didn't have much screen time, so many more epic moments could have been created if she actually was what they were portraying her to be.
. Thanos, this is what really grinded my gears, Thanos was WAY too powerful in this movie, and he didn't have the gauntlet on. This would all be fine but in IW Thanos was having a hard time against iron Man and the crew on planet Titan, and Thor destroyed him single handedly, but now Thanos doesn't have the IG and he fights against the entire Avenger squad, including Captain Marvel AND Scarlett Witch and they can't even keep him from getting his glove on. Like I said it doesn't match. Also the glove that Tony Stark made also didn't make any sense, as the IG was only craftable with the metal from the dying star, the same material Mjolnir was made of, so how can Tony make a gauntlet that can hold these stones and that can be re used? Many things do not allign with the previous movies
. In IW they introduced us to many super interesting characters, such as the children of Thanos, and after seeing that they will appear in this movie got me all excited. But they barely had any screen time, maybe a few seconds. They focused wayyy to much on a few characters that were really uninresting (Hawkeye) and left out the rest of the characters. IW was great cuz it had separate stories that were followed through out the movie but now, they focused on mainly on 4 people.

Time travel is a great concept but it's poorly executed. So many things were done that don't really make a lot of sense. For an example, Thor took Mjolnir and return back to the Future with it. Which means that that Thor had to go through entire 4 movies without Mjolnir, so he couldn't get Vision to life in Age of Ultron. Letting Loki go with the Tezeract, putting CA under the spell. All these things created unanswered questions that are wierd cuz they don't make a lot of sense
That was my take on the movie, it is a marketing and a money farming franchise after all.
